Job Summary

Lead regulatory activities and project management to support SEA and India export markets, ensuring compliance and enabling distributor growth within the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee all regulatory license management activities to ensure compliance with export market requirements for SEA and India, supporting distributor business growth.
• Lead the rebranding project for SEA and India markets by coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver timely and effective brand updates.
• Operate and maintain accurate data management within the RegDesk system to support regulatory documentation and reporting.
• Collaborate with SOS RA teams to prepare and verify regulatory documents, ensuring readiness for submission and compliance.
• Manage special projects assigned by leadership, applying proactive problem-solving to meet evolving business objectives.

Required competencies and certifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and quality management systems relevant to the medical device industry.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build interpersonal relationships to support cross-team collaboration.
• Capacity to work independently and proactively develop business solutions aligned with regulatory and operational goals.
• Experience working as a team player to support diverse group initiatives and directions.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or Biomedical Science degree.
• Approximately 2-3 years of regulatory experience within the healthcare industry, preferably in medical devices.
• Familiarity with AMDD (Active Medical Device Directive) requirements.
