• Position : Regional HR Manager (SEA & China)
• Location : North East - Tai Seng Drive
• Working hours : Monday to Friday | 9am to 6pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $10,000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leave + Medical Leave + Medical Coverage + Birthday Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Support departments in developing and delivering strategic HR plans that fit with the overall business direction.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and local regulations.
• Manage payroll, benefits administration, and staff welfare programs.
• Support managers in training, talent development planning.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and reporting requirements.
• Handle employee relations issues including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Champion a positive, transparent, and collaborative workplace culture.
• Manage the Regional HR team in Singapore, Thailand and China.
• Handle confidential matters with discretion.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree holder with Minimum 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
• Competency in analyzing HR metrics and data, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction surveys, and performance metrics, to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Strong collaborator and able to work under ambiguities and face-paced environment.
• Passion for driving process improvements and implementing best practices in HR.
