Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of semiconductor equipment to meet or exceed sales targets
• Engage in system, parts, and materials evaluations with customers
• Manage customer inquiries, RFQs, and prepare sales proposals and quotations
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions for long-term partnerships
• Collaborate with customers and internal R&D teams on activities including presentations, quotations, specification alignment, negotiations, equipment commissioning/acceptance, and post-sales support
• Take ownership of sales negotiations and deal closures
• Develop and implement strategies to grow market share for assigned products and services
• Generate and maintain sales reports for internal stakeholders
• Ensure prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of sales experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry
• Minimum diploma in Engineering or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Highly driven, resourceful, creative, and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Willing to work outside standard office hours and travel overseas when required
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
