M&E Coordinator

• Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• SGD 3,500 - 4,500

Job Scope

• Coordinate and supervise Mechanical & Electrical works on construction projects
• Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, and resolve site coordination issues
• Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project team
• Ensure M&E works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and Singapore regulation
• Monitor work progress, quality, and site safety for M&E works
• Attend site and coordination meetings
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover
• Prepare basic M&E documentation and reports

Requirements

• Able to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications
• Assist the Project Manager in M&E-related matters for ongoing projects
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to start work immediately is an added advantage
