About the Role

We are seeking experienced Assistant Project Managers to support the delivery of advanced communication systems for military and commercial applications.

In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and technical standards. You will operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where stakeholder management, risk control, and resource coordination are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams and subcontractors.
• Interpret contractual requirements and translate them into clear project deliverables and timelines.
• Oversee system design milestones, reviews, and contractual deliverables.
• Plan procurement activities with focus on cost optimization and risk management.
• Manage day-to-day project coordination, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
• Provide regular project updates to customers, internal teams, and management.
• Monitor payment milestones to ensure timely invoicing and revenue recognition.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communications Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in infrastructure or system integration projects.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale technical projects.
• Strong client-facing communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Experience in satellite communications networks and equipment is preferred.
• Defence sector project experience is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Singapore Government procurement and governance processes is an advantage.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Willing to travel overseas when required.
