Finance Manager (AR & Control Focus)

We operate with discipline, accountability and strong systems. We require a strong Finance Manager to protect financial discipline and cash flow.

Role Purpose

You will lead and execute the full Financefunction of the company. This role is fully hands-on.
You are expected to manage and perform, not supervise only.

Key Responsibilities (Hands-On)

Accounts Receivable & Credit Control (Primary Focus)

• Implement strict AR follow-up system (30/60/90 days)
• Monitor customer credit terms
• Ensure weekly AR ageing review
• Escalate long-outstanding accounts
• Full Set of Accounts (Hands-On)
• Prepare monthly management accounts
• Perform bank reconciliation (before 7th of each month)
• Oversee Accounts Payable, payroll and claims
• Ensure GST, CPF and statutory compliance
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents
• Ensure proper expense control
• Procurement & Financial Control
• Oversee procurement controls and approval processes
• Monitor cost leakage and supplier payments
• Implement internal control framework
• Ensure documentation completeness

Ad-Hoc Duties

The employee shall perform other reasonable ad-hoc duties as required from time to time to support business operations and operational continuity, provided such duties fall within the scope of administrative, operational, or compliance execution and are not unlawful or inappropriate.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Minimum 6-8 years relevant experience
• Strong hands-on experience in full set accounts
• Proven AR control capability
• Experience managing payroll & procurement controls
• Firm, structured and detail-oriented
• F&B / Catering industry experience preferred.

Performance Standards

You will be measured on:

• AR ageing improvement month by month.
• Timely month-end closing
• Clean bank reconciliation
• Compliance accuracy

This role requires ownership and decisiveness.
