Job Summary

As a Management Trainee (MT) at Auntie Anne's, you will fast-track your career by mastering store operations and progressively taking on management responsibilities to lead high-performing teams and drive business growth in a dynamic F&B environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate store functions by mastering budgeting, cost management, and inventory planning to optimize profitability
• Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards are consistently met within store operations
• Plan and execute sales-building activities and set performance targets to drive revenue growth
• Supervise store operations including cash control and shift management to maintain operational efficiency and compliance
• Manage, motivate, and develop a high-performance team to achieve business objectives and foster talent growth
• Drive employee training initiatives and implement marketing campaigns to enhance store performance and customer engagement
• Collaborate closely with Area Managers and Outlet Managers to receive training and progressively assume greater management responsibilities

• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays to support store operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, Higher Nitec, or Nitec in any discipline
• Strong communication skills to lead and motivate teams effectively
• High energy and passion to create positive customer experiences and bring smiles
• Drive and resourcefulness to deliver measurable results
• Open to candidates from F&B, Hotel, Retail, or service industries
• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
