Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages following quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to support a safe and efficient premium retail environment
- Work independently to manage daily tasks and support team operations effectively
- Greet and engage customers warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere in the retail setting
- Demonstrate responsibility and reliability by consistently meeting work schedules and performance expectations
- Proactively identify and address customer needs and operational issues to enhance service quality
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of specialty coffee experience(一年以上专业咖啡工作经验)
