Job Description & Requirements

* Handle full spectrum of accounts receivables and accountspayable.

* Handle overseas suppliers purchases and accounts payable

* Issuing purchase orders for overseas suppliers.

* Verify GST submissions.

* Follow up on customer's overdue accounts.

* Verifying and processing supplier invoices and petty cashclaim

* Maintain daily cash/bank book

*Assist staff admin in monthly management account closing

* Answering phone calls from customers/suppliers

* Performing other duties or tasks as assigned by theimmediate superior.

*Proficiency in MS office

* Prepare monthly payment schedules
