Role Summary

Senior field technician responsible for leading technical execution and directing crew during deployments. Acts as on-site authority for major jobs and ensures technical discipline.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead setup and teardown of AV and LED wall systems
• Act as on-site PIC for major deployments
• Direct and coordinate junior crew during jobs
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues independently
• Ensure equipment readiness and safety
• Protect equipment from damage
• Enforce setup SOPs
• Coach and guide AV technicians
• Identify workflow improvements
• Maintain high technical standards

Requirements

• 4-7 years AV technical experience
• Able to lead jobs independently
• Strong troubleshooting ability
• Leadership presence and crew authority
• Calm decision-making under pressure
• Responsible and disciplined
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit for field work
