Dumpling Chef 包饺师

工作内容:

• 按照菜单标准制作各类饺子和面点,保证口味和品质的一致性
• 保持生产区域的清洁和卫生,确保食品安全标准
• 协助库存管理,合理使用原材料,减少浪费
• 按照订单需求,准时完成饺子制作任务
• 支持厨房其他相关工作,确保运营顺畅

职位要求:

• 能适应快节奏及长时间的厨房工作环境
• 6天制,可接受轮班制与周末／假日上班
• 注重食品安全和卫生,重视出品品质与速度
• 有手工包饺经验者佳

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare various types of dumplings and pastries according to the menu standards, ensuring consistent taste and quality
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area to meet food safety standards
• Assist in inventory management by using raw materials efficiently and minimizing waste
• Complete dumpling production tasks on time according to order demands
• Support other kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding kitchen environment
• 6-days work ,Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong focus on food safety, hygiene, and maintaining high product quality and speed
• Prior experience in handmade dumpling preparation is preferred

Kitchen Assistant

Job Descriptions:

We are hiring Kitchen Assistant & Stewards to support our kitchen operations. This is an essential back-of-house role that ensures the kitchen runs smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently.

No prior experience is required-training will be provided. If you are hardworking, responsible, and enjoy working in a team, we'd love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs with basic food prep (cutting, peeling, portioning ingredients)

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas

Wash dishes, cookware, and utensils promptly

Handle waste disposal and keep garbage areas clean

Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients

Support the kitchen team during peak service hours

Follow hygiene and safety guidelines at all times

Perform other tasks assigned by the chef or supervisor

Requirements:

Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn

Good personal hygiene and cleanliness

6-days work week including weekends, Rotating shifts.

Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

To be able to work at different outlets across Singapore.
