1. Maintain the time to time supervison over the site and working team.
2. Have extream level controle on the allocation of the tasks to the workers.
3. Must be able to handle day & night shift tasks and handle workers accordingly.
4. Have potential to deal with client side supervisors and their requirements.
5. Must co-ordinate with the management reagarding any lapse or any trouble on the site.
6. Must maintain the proper analysis over the purchases of the site and control funds accordingly.
7. Have a good control on the manpower with out miscommunications.
8. Need to handle SIC related matters.
9. Must communicate to the managemnet for major decissions regarding site matters.
