- Lead daily cafe operations to deliver seamless service and maintain adherence to food quality standards that enhance customer experience
- Monitor and maintain consistent food and service standards to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Create and sustain a welcoming dining atmosphere by managing customer greetings, ambient sounds, and fragrances to elevate the overall guest experience
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to uphold high satisfaction levels and brand reputation
- Manage inventory by regularly checking stock levels and initiating timely supply requests to prevent shortages and ensure operational continuity
- Control inventory wastage by implementing effective stock management and ensuring proper storage and handling of food and equipment
- Supervise cashiering operations, including daily sales reporting and cash reconciliation, to ensure accurate financial records and accountability
- Support promotional and upselling initiatives by collaborating with teams to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
- Report daily operational performance, challenges, and incidents to management to facilitate informed decision-making
- Collaborate in planning and executing promotions, events, and special menus to attract and retain customers and increase sales
- Implement and enforce company policies and operational procedures to maintain compliance and operational excellence
- Apply knowledge of coffee and barista skills to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction (advantageous)
- Demonstrate customer service, communication, and interpretation skills to effectively engage with diverse customers and team members
- Exhibit leadership and organizational skills to motivate and manage staff, ensuring a productive and positive work environment
