Job Summary

Join the dynamic Team Alaris as a Sales & Marketing Executive based in Raffles Place, Central Region. You will drive sales and marketing initiatives that support business growth through strategic presentations, negotiation, customer engagement, and collaborative campaign execution.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively showcase service offerings to prospective clients, driving sales opportunities
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth
  • Provide excellent customer service to retain existing clients and foster long-term relationships that support account expansion
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns that enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads
  • Demonstrate proactive initiative and drive to identify new sales opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement of sales strategies
  • Build and maintain effective interpersonal relationships with clients and internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and successful project outcomes

Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably within the sales industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through successful client engagement and relationship management
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills proven by achieving sales targets
  • Proactive and driven personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently
