Responsibilities:

- Responsible for implementation of health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and guidelines including review and recommendations at site.

- Ensure site complies with the relevant and latest Workplace Safety, Health and Environmental regulations and maintain proper documentation of all safety records, certificates, notice and official related WSHE correspondence.

- Responsible for investigating, analyzing and determining cause of any incident, accident or dangerous occurrence at site and recommend preventive measures.

- Organize WSH related meetings, training and promotional campaign / activity.

- Conduct daily WSH inspections and follow-ups to ensure WSH compliance.

- Liaises with Main Contractors and relevant agencies / authorities on WSH issues.

- Vet through and comment Method Statement, Risk Assessments and other WSH plans.

- Assess WSH conditions for PTW application daily.

- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior.

Requirements

- Certificate in Safety Coordinator / Advance certificate in Workplace Safety & Health.

- Minimum two (2) years' of relevant safety experience.

- Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health Act.

- Knowledge of PTW system.

- Knowledge in preparing EHS report.

- Willing to travel around project site offices within Singapore.
