Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for making cold-calls to prospective clients and build immediate rapport

- ⁠Schedule appointments for the sales representative(s) to meet up with prospective clients

- ⁠Achieve daily and monthly appointment setting targets

- ⁠Able to effectively manage and respond to customer inquiries

- ⁠To not involve in providing any financial advisory service

- ⁠Demonstrates a risk-aware approach, identifying and addressing business and regulatory compliance risks to ensure adherence to standards

2. Requirements:

- Singaporean or PR

- ⁠At least 1 year of telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience (Preferred)

- ⁠Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills

- ⁠Strong work ethic and hardworking attitude

- ⁠Patience and resilience to handle customer rejections

3. Working Hours:

- Full / Part-time (Min 3 working days)

- ⁠Hours: 10AM - 6PM

4. Salary:

- Your salary will commence at S$10-15/hr (depending on experience)

- ⁠Performance bonus included (Tiered)

- ⁠Your increment will depend upon your efficiency, regular attendance, sense of discipline & performance
