Are you a seasoned recruiter or sourcing specialist who loves developing people as much as delivering exceptional hiring outcomes? We're looking for a Team Leader - Client Services to guide a team of Recruiters and Sourcers, elevate performance, and create an outstanding experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Accountabilities

Grow and empower your team

• Lead, coach, and inspire a diverse team of Recruiters and Sourcers
• Run weekly 1:1s and quality conversations focused on performance, development, and wellbeing
• Build a team of future-ready talent with strong technical and strategic capability

Drive high performance

• Set clear objectives and hold your team accountable for delivery against KPIs
• Recognise success, celebrate wins, and address performance challenges proactively
• Promote innovative sourcing approaches and ensure smart use of recruitment tools

Be a trusted advisor

• Guide your team through recruitment challenges with insights-driven solutions
• Support escalations, helping the team reach successful outcomes with clients and candidates
• Promote commercial awareness and help your team identify future opportunities

Lead with data and operational excellence

• Maintain accurate reporting to manage capacity and identify improvement areas
• Spot trends, risks, and performance patterns that drive change
• Ensure compliance and data integrity across recruitment systems

Shape talent strategy

• Contribute to talent reviews and succession planning
• Support career growth conversations and development plans across the team

Skills & Experience

• Experience coaching or mentoring recruiters
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
• Hands on recruitment of roles in engineering, field sales and manufacturing across APAC locations
• Skilled in stakeholder partnering, communication, and escalation management
• Confident working with data to drive decisions and performance
• Commercially aware, resilient, and thrives in a fast-moving environment
• Passion for developing others and elevating team capability
