Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate facility activities and documentation across office services and building maintenance workstreams.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly reports to the client (status, upcoming plans, risks, improvements).
• Plan and track maintenance schedules for key systems (HVAC/ACMV, MAU/AHU, exhaust, utilities) and coordinate inspections/servicing with contractors.
• Manage vendors, including service coordination, quotations, approvals, and performance monitoring (SLA/KPI).
• Oversee consumables planning (e.g., filters), stock monitoring, and replenishment to optimize storage and usage.
• Lead incident response and escalation during breakdowns, ensuring proper records and corrective/preventive actions.
• Lead the on-site FM team and support the Facility Supervisor in daily operations and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Facility Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Facility management experience, ideally within laboratory / life science / pharmaceutical / cleanroom-related environments.
• Strong working knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems and building maintenance planning.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, consolidate technical documentation, and present clear client reports.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in an environment with controlled access and strict safety practices.
