To assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer in thedaily execution of work;

• Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify andeliminate potential safety hazards;

• Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-relatedaccidents and injuries;

• To supervise the work of sub- contractors and in-houseworkers;

• To work closely with other site operations staff to meetthe project schedule;

• Ensure installation is carried out as per constructiondrawings;

• To monitor the progress and quality of work beingperformed by workers;

• Ensure that works are executed within an acceptablestandard of workmanship;

• Attend the daily tool-box meeting and convey clearinstruction accordingly;

• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirementsand scope of work.
