Job Summary

Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue growth in the transport and logistics sector. Lead client acquisition and account management efforts while collaborating with operations to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase company revenue and market presence
  • Identify and engage new clients across corporate sectors, schools, events, and tour operators to expand the customer base
  • Manage and nurture existing client relationships to maximize account growth and retention
  • Prepare accurate and competitive quotations and negotiate contract terms to secure profitable agreements
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets through effective pipeline management
  • Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate service delivery and ensure client satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven sales experience, preferably within the transport or logistics industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills demonstrated through successful client engagements
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently
  • Established network with corporate clients, schools, and travel agencies advantageous for business development
  • Possession of a Singapore driving license is preferred but not mandatory
