Construction Project Manager
Salary range - S$6,500.00 to S$8,500.00
Job Description - Construction Project Manager
Responsibilities
- To be responsible for the smooth completion ofthe assigned project, in terms of both administrative and operational aspects
- To attend site meetings with the Main-Contractorand/or Sub-Contractor(s) whenever necessary with regards to any site issues,and to update our own construction team
- To make sure site work progress follows theSchedule given by the Main-Contractor
- To work closely with main-office staff toprepare monthly Progress Claims, Payment Certificates, or the like.
- Prepare Minutes of Meetings for all jointmeetings held with Main-Contractors, Sub-Contractors, or site personnel.
- To advise both Main-Contractor andSub-Contractor personnel on technical knowledge pertaining to site works (E.g.Reference lines, datum lines, etc).
- To study shop-drawings and make sure the projectteam has the latest set
- To manage and review Sub-Contractor(s) and theirmonthly performance.
- To prepare Method of Statement as and whennecessary, for specific works.
- To manage and account for all materials &equipment delivered to site
- To prepare and manage worker OrganizationalChart for both the Company's workers and Supply Worker alike.
- To prepare and manage site Tools List. Anymaterial or tools left on site premises must be accounted for at all times.
- To manage workers' time cards. Must make sureworkers, especially supply workers, do not work unnecessary overtime. Anyovertime works must be first approved by the Managing Director beforecommencement.
- To prepare and manage the site tools sign-in/outlist.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the ManagingDirector.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or similarcourse
- Has at least 5 years of experience in Singaporein the related field
- Has experience working for LTA projects /high-rise buildings
- Able to read and understand constructiondrawings
- Must have good interpersonal / social skills toexplain, communicate, liaise, negotiate with the Managing Director, ownconstruction team, main-contractors and/or subcontractors

- Have good presentation skills (Organized andneat in preparing documents)
- Have good interpersonal skills
