The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive / Associate to join our law firm here in Singapore. Duties of this role will involve dealing with Private Client matters and Corporate Commercial law.

Key Responsibilities

• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Conducting legal research and preparing summaries and file notes
• Liaising with clients, trustees, and external parties as appropriate
• Assisting with matter management, filings, and administrative requirements
• Advisory work in Private Client and Corporate Commercial law matters
• Ensuring work is completed accurately and in accordance with professional standards

About You

• Diploma/Degree in Law or related discipline

• 0-2 years' relevant experience in private client and, or corporate commercial law will be ideal.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail and organisational ability
• Willingness to learn and develop within a specialist practice
