Job Summary

In this position, you will work within the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team to ensure that all related policies, processes, and systems align with local, regional, and global standards.

Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits
  • Ensure full compliance with local employment legislation and corporate governance standards across all C&B activities to mitigate legal and operational risks
  • Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures aligned with industry standards and business objectives
  • Lead the end-to-end annual compensation cycle, including merit reviews, promotions, salary adjustments, and bonus planning within approved budgets to drive fair and motivating reward practices
  • Partner in the annual HR budgeting process by providing data-driven insights to support accurate financial planning and resource allocation
  • Monitor evolving labour regulations and market trends to proactively adapt the organisation's reward strategy and maintain compliance
  • Develop and maintain clear HR policies, procedures, and documentation to support efficient and consistent C&B operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and HR transformation projects to enhance process efficiency and improve employee experience

Training & Development
  • Collaborate with HR operations staff to identify organisational and individual development needs through structured training needs analysis
  • Design and implement learning solutions aligned with competency frameworks and business goals to build workforce capabilities
  • Source, evaluate, and recommend external training providers and programmes to address identified capability gaps effectively
  • Oversee employee engagement activities and measure the impact of learning and development initiatives to ensure alignment with organisational objectives
