Job Summary
In this position, you will work within the Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team to ensure that all related policies, processes, and systems align with local, regional, and global standards.
Responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure full compliance with local employment legislation and corporate governance standards across all C&B activities to mitigate legal and operational risks
- Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures aligned with industry standards and business objectives
- Lead the end-to-end annual compensation cycle, including merit reviews, promotions, salary adjustments, and bonus planning within approved budgets to drive fair and motivating reward practices
- Partner in the annual HR budgeting process by providing data-driven insights to support accurate financial planning and resource allocation
- Monitor evolving labour regulations and market trends to proactively adapt the organisation's reward strategy and maintain compliance
- Develop and maintain clear HR policies, procedures, and documentation to support efficient and consistent C&B operations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and HR transformation projects to enhance process efficiency and improve employee experience
Training & Development
- Collaborate with HR operations staff to identify organisational and individual development needs through structured training needs analysis
- Design and implement learning solutions aligned with competency frameworks and business goals to build workforce capabilities
- Source, evaluate, and recommend external training providers and programmes to address identified capability gaps effectively
- Oversee employee engagement activities and measure the impact of learning and development initiatives to ensure alignment with organisational objectives
