Sales Manager (Marine Engines)

- Build and expand a customer portfolio for engines, spare parts and equipment servicing sales within the Industrial, Marine and Offshore.
- Maintain high standards of customer service while developing strong client relationships.
- Drive revenue growth by achieving established sales targets and maintaining optimal profit margins.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives to seize opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Conduct sales presentations and provide necessary support to clients.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements.
- Submit regular performance reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates.
- Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements for all stakeholders.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Diploma qualification, preferably in Business or Engineering.
- Prior sales experience in Marine, Commercial and Owner Accounts is desirable.
- Familiarity with marine spare parts sales is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude, integrity, and excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
- Capable of managing tasks professionally, independently, and effectively under tight deadlines.
