Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Own end-to-end daily operations of MES, CIM, SPC, and B2B systems and serve as the single point of contact for all factory application operations
- Communicate effectively with management, business teams, IT, and vendors on system implementations, issues, and corrective actions
- Provide clear updates to leadership on system performance, risks, priorities, and improvement plans
- Lead incident management, problem resolution, and root-cause analysis to eliminate recurring issues
- Drive coordination across functional, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth system operations and fast turnaround for production-impacting issues
- Engage hands-on in critical issues, performing deep dives into system and process gaps and guiding resolution
- Simplify workflows and standardize processes to improve reliability, usability, and operational efficiency
- Reduce system complexity and minimize manual interventions through process and system improvement
- Ensure system readiness and scalability to support equipment, line, and factory expansion
- Partner with leadership, operations, engineering, and quality teams to align priorities and manage risks
- Ensure compliance with IT, audit, and quality governance through proper documentation and controls
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience in MES/CIM operations, factory IT systems, or semiconductor manufacturing environments
- Strong technical knowledge of MES, CIM, SPC, and B2B platforms
- Strong knowledge in BUMP process
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
