Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Prepare (C&S) BIM Model and IFC Model from information of various trades such as Architect (DC) and M&E information (utilities) and subcontractors. (eg: linkway, drain, road contractors)
- Ensure drawings comply with prevailing regulation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in BIM modelling for civil and structural engineering projects in Singapore.
- Proficient in the use of BIM software such as Autodesk Revit , Autodesk Construction cloud and AutoCAD
- Knowledge of Revit parameters, sheets, views, schedules preparation.
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D BIM models for civil and structural engineering projects.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate design information into the BIM models.
- Ensure integrity/ quality of the models
- Fast learner, easy to adapt to new systems and workflows.
- Good communication skills, strong teamwork, positive attitude and professional work ethic.
