Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end communications efforts (internal and external) under the guidance of the Head of Department (Public Relations).
• Partner with internal teams to brainstorm content ideas, drive brand initiatives, and support innovative campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and evaluate communications projects, measuring impact and reporting on key results.
• Ensure day-to-day operations comply with communications frameworks and maintain brand consistency.
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Town Council's Communications & Engagement Committee, including preparing agendas, scheduling, and record-keeping.
• Manage digital marketing channels-including website, social media, and email-to engage audiences, track KPIs, and measure ROI while staying ahead of social media trends.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant public relations experiences within township, real estate, government sectors or relevant industries.
• Strong understanding of 360° communications, including print, digital, mainstream media, event management, and customer service operations.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent command of language, tone, and messaging.
• Ability to perform under pressure and adapt quickly to urgent deadlines, including crisis communications.
• High computer literacy with proficiency in office and communication tools; knowledge of media-related applications is a plus.
