IT Manager

A top tier design firm is seeking an IT Manager to join its Singapore team as the first IT hire. In this role, you will maintain the office IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable systems, secure communications, and organized data to support efficient operations.

Responsibilities

You will maintain and troubleshoot office IT hardware and software to ensure smooth daily operations, manage and optimize email systems and internal communication platforms, and oversee technologies to support effective virtual collaboration. You will implement and monitor IT security measures to safeguard company data, organize and manage data storage and distribution for efficient access and compliance, and optimize software licenses and system configurations to maximize resource efficiency.

Requirements

You should have at least 3 years of experience supporting all IT matters in a small setup. You should have experience running end-to-end projects independently and providing implementable solutions suitable for the organisation. You should be well versed with Microsoft technologies and proven experience working on it.
