The Construction Project Manager oversees and coordinates all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality and safety standards. The Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Define scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
- Secure necessary permits and approvals
2. Budget & Cost Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets
- Track expenses and control costs
- Review and approve contractor invoices
- Manage change orders and cost estimates
3. Scheduling & Timeline Management
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Monitor progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Ensure milestones and deadlines are met
4. Quality & Safety Oversight
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site inspections
- Enforce safety standards and OSHA requirements
- Address quality issues promptly
5. Contract & Risk Management
- Negotiate and administer contracts
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Resolve disputes and conflicts
6. Communication & Reporting
- Serve as primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Provide regular status reports
- Lead project meetings
- Maintain project documentation
- Oversee project execution, managing timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities for seamless project progress.
- Collaborate with site engineers to address any project-related challenges.
- Ensure efficient operations and workflow throughout the project lifecycle.
- Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables; coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants.
- Prepare and control budgets and cost estimates; monitor spend; approve invoices, variations, and procurement.
- Manage contracts and stakeholders; negotiate and resolve contractual issues; maintain client communication.
- Lead site teams; assign tasks; supervise contractors/subcontractors; conduct regular site inspections.
- Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance; address site issues promptly.
- Identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and handle delays, disputes, and emergencies.
- Track performance and prepare progress reports for management and clients.
- Other tasks as assigned by Management.
