We're Hiring: Toaster at Ya Kun Kaya Toast

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Location: Shopping Mall Outlets (Operating Hours: 7:30 AM - 10:00 PM)

Are you someone who takes pride in food preparation and enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment? Join the Ya Kun family as a Toaster - the heart behind every perfectly grilled kaya toast!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare kaya toast and other menu items according to Ya Kun's traditional recipes
• Operate the toasting station (grill, slice, spread, assemble) with precision and speed
• Maintain food preparation and storage hygiene in line with SFA guidelines
• Support other outlet stations (brewing, cashiering) when required
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth outlet operations
• Help with opening/closing duties and general cleaning tasks

Available Shifts:

• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  Part-time roles can be adjusted based on your availability.

Who We're Looking For:

• Energetic and focused individual who enjoys working with their hands
• Able to work in a warm kitchen setting and multitask efficiently
• Team player with a good attitude - no experience needed, we'll train you!
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays
• Able to start work on short notice is a bonus

Salary & Benefits:

• Part-Time: From $12.00/hour
• Full-Time: Up to $2,800/month (including OT & incentives)
• Medical & annual leave benefits (for full-timers)
