A leading healthcare organisation is seeking an experienced candidate to join them as a Clinic Operations Manager.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline daily clinic operations to ensure effective resource utilization and quality service delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for clinic operation processes, systems and operational capabilities
• Spearhead projects aimed at enhancing service standards and adopting best practices.
• Develop and mentor operations staff to foster growth and learning
• Work closely with corporate office departments to implement strategic business initiatives

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree holder in any related discipline.
• Minimum 6 – 8 years or relevant work experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity
• Able to work 5.5 days’ work week; Staggered work hours between 7am to 7pm from Mondays to Fridays and half day 8:00am – 12:30pm on Saturdays
• Possess strong leadership, supervisory, organization and change management capabilities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
