What you'll be doing
What we're looking for
- Developing and managing project plans, schedules and budgets
- Coordinating and supervising cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed effectively
- Identifying and mitigating project risks, issues and constraints
- Communicating project status and performance to stakeholders
- Ensuring projects comply with relevant engineering standards, regulations and safety protocols
- Providing technical guidance and support to project teams
- Continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry, preferably in electrical engineering projects. Minimum one HDB project completion is REQUIRED
- Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
- Technical proficiency in electrical engineering principles and practices
- Proficient in project scheduling, cost control and risk management
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering or related field
