- To generate room sales to meet Management's sales target.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and/or new customers to enable future bookings.
- Solving customer complaints and problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with the Front Office, Reservation, and Housekeeping to meet the \tneeds and requirements of the customers.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Job Requirements
- 5 working days per week.
- Min 1 - 2 years of sales experience in the Hotel industry or other sales industries.
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Good communication and strong negotiation skills.
- Good customer service.
- Prompt response to all forms of inquiries.
