Budget

$11,500 - $13,000 per month + Bonus

Requirements

-\tDegree qualified, prior Big 4 background and current experience in the commercial sector

-\tRequired: Technically competent, with Group Reporting and Consolidation (Management Reporting) experience

-\tDesired traits: Hands-on, detailed, resilient, hardworking, driven, flexible, resourceful, problem solver and results-oriented

-\tAbility to work in a lean and fast paced environment

-\tStrong Excel proficiency

-\t1-month notice or immediate availability will be highly advantageous

-\tApprox. 30% travelling requirement (at times might need to travel at short notice)

Job Scope

Reporting to the Regional Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing regional financial reporting, performance analysis and strategic planning across Asia-Pacific markets. This position serves as a critical link between in-country finance teams and Group Finance, ensuring consistent accounting standards, high-quality reporting, and effective financial governance.

Key Accountabilities

• \tProvide regional reporting, financial insights, analysis, and risk assessments

• \tAct as the primary finance liaison for in-country CFOs and Head of Finance.

• \tReview and assess country-level P&L performance, including variance and flux analysis.

• \tEnsure consistent application of Group accounting policies and standards.

• \tSupport Group-level budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic planning.

• \tConsolidate regional financial results for management and Group reporting.

• \tPrepare and review financial reports for lenders and borrowers.

• \tCoordinate with external auditors and tax agents on audits and tax matters.

• \tSupport post-acquisition integration, aligning financial processes, controls, and reporting across new entities
