Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on corporate, compliance, and regulatory matters across Singapore, Malaysia, and APAC, focusing on the commercial vehicle industry.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (supplier, distribution, JV, after-sales, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with regional laws
• Support Lead Counsel in managing legal risks, disputes, and industry-specific challenges.
• Partner with business teams to deliver practical legal solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Monitor regulatory changes (environmental, trade, transportation) and advise on business impact.
• Manage external counsel and handle ad-hoc legal matters including governance, IP, and employment law.

Requirements:

• Degree in Law
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate law, commercial law or related field
• Familiar with Regional legal framework
