Job Summary

Jireh Veterinary Clinic seeks committed and passionate veterinary nurses, veterinary technicians, and veterinary assistants to join our team and provide excellent care and treatment for animals.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians in preparing and conducting diagnostic tests using in-house biochemistry and haematology IDEXX machines to support accurate animal health assessments
• Use x-ray to capture diagnostic images for veterinary evaluation
• Support surgical procedures by preparing the operating theatre and assisting during surgeries to ensure smooth operations and patient safety
• Provide compassionate care and monitoring for animals before, during, and after treatment to promote recovery and wellbeing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical and surgical areas to uphold hygiene and safety standards
• Participate in on-the-job training to develop veterinary nursing and technical skills relevant to clinic operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Veterinary Bioscience/Veterinary Technology/Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing
• Willingness to learn and adapt through on-the-job training provided by the clinic
• Open to both experienced individuals and fresh graduates interested in veterinary care roles
