Job Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving business growthby identifying new sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, andmanaging sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This role involvesleading sales initiatives, supporting team development, and collaborating withinternal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new businessopportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers,partnerships, products, and services.
  • Develop, promote, and grow company solutionsinto new and existing accounts.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers withincustomer organizations to generate leads and conduct cold outreach.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationshipswith existing and prospective customers.
  • Understand customer needs and develop effectivesales plans and solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketingstrategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of companyproducts and services and provide guidance to customers and internal teams.
  • Train, coach, and support sales team members;coordinate external training when required.
  • Manage key customer accounts to maximize revenueand long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, andperformance analyses, and present findings to senior management.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and businessobjectives within the designated territory or market.
  • Collaborate with finance, warehousing, andlogistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment
  • Identify and implement improvements to salesprocesses and overall business operations.
  • Represent the company at industry seminars,conferences, trade shows, and networking events as appropriate.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience with sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.
  • Relevant industry experience is an advantage.
