Financial Reporting:

• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, and Cash Flowstatements in accordance to FRS.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including the accurate and timely filing of GST returns and other tax-related documents.
• Perform consolidated financial reporting, ensuring accurate and comprehensive financial statements across allentities.

Acc Payable, Journal Entries, Accruals, and Reconciliation:

• Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and reconciliation of accounts.
• Prepare and post manual journal entries, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Handle accruals, ensuring expenses and revenues are recorded in the correct accounting periods.
• Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are resolved promptly.

Audit

• Coordinate and manage external audits, acting as the primary point of contact for auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
• Ennsuring all queries and requirements are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Prepare and review audit schedules, ensuring all necessary documentation is available and accurate.

Financial Controls and Risk Management:

• Enhance financial controls and risk management frameworks to safeguard the organization's assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Identify inefficiencies in financial operations and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
• Assist the Finance Director in developing and implementing policies and procedures to mitigate financial risks, ensure robust internal controls, and enhance financial policies to improve governance and operational efficiency.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent
Min 8+ years in finance.
Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office.
