Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Leadership
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to management on all human resource matters.

Duties and Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings,candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop workforce plans based on organizational needs and future growthobjectives.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure asmooth transition and integration.

Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee retentionand engagement.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and conduct investigations as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management to promote effective communication.

Performance Management:
  • Develop and implement performance appraisal systems, goal-setting frameworks, andfeedback processes.
  • Support managers with coaching and resources to drive employee performance and growth.
  • Identify high-potential employees and develop succession planning initiatives.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Oversee compensation structures to ensure competitiveness and equity within the organization.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
  • Conduct regular market analyses and make recommendations for adjustments.

Compliance and Policy Management:
  • Ensure the organization's HR policies comply with all local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead investigations and responses to regulatory inquiries and audits.

Training and Development:
  • Ensure the organization's HR policies comply with all federal, state/provincial, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead investigations and responses to regulatory inquiries and audits.

HR Data Management and Reporting:
  • Maintain HR information systems and ensure the accuracy of employee data.
  • Produce regular reports on HR metrics for management review.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of personnel records and sensitive information.

Organizational Development and Change Management:
  • Support organizational initiatives related to culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Lead or assist in change management projects and organizational restructuring.
  • Champion initiatives to enhance employee experience and drive business transformation.

Other Duties:
  • Responsible for yearly Sustainability Reporting on a group level.
  • Collaborate with HR representatives of other company entities within the group.
  • Align policies, processes and other HR related matters across the group.


Position Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management
  • Hands-on experience in payroll processing
  • 8 years' relevant experience in Human Resource, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and policies
  • Possess good knowledge of Employment Act
  • Resourceful in problem solving
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous with high accuracy in work submitted
