Job Summary

You will serve as the central figure in our new play space, ensuring a clean, inspiring, and engaging environment that fosters child development through creative, age-appropriate activities and attentive supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organization and sanitation of toys and equipment throughout the day to ensure a safe and hygienic play area
• Develop and lead innovative, age-appropriate activities such as sensory play, storytelling, and arts and crafts to enhance children's learning experiences
• Actively supervise children to maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment during play
• Refresh and curate the layout of the play space regularly to stimulate curiosity and optimize the flow of play
• Greet families and communicate clearly about the play space's features and safety guidelines to enhance visitor experience
• Proactively identify and address maintenance or tidiness needs in the play area without prompting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in indoor playgrounds, kids' clubs, or preschool/childcare settings
• Educational background in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related fields
• Patient, cheerful demeanor with a genuine passion for child development and play-based learning
