Job Description:

• Manage construction activities and progress independently.

• To plan, develop, organize and execution of projects to timely completion or exceed performance indicators in term of quality and timeframe.

• Manage and oversee activities of the project sites and operations running of all matters related to the construction of the project.

• Delegate work tasks and close monitoring of daily work activities, with schedule.

• Responsible for cost management to manage projects within approved budgets, include materials, manpower and machinery cost control for new and running projects.

• Site management, coordination with clients and consultants.

• To liaise closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities (if applicable) in resolving site issues.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of local working experience in Construction industry (Semiconductor fab piping system).

• At least Bachelor Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with all level of staff.

• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with excellent team spirit.

• Self-motivated, proactive, analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills

• Ability to keep track of multiple projects.
