We are looking for an experienced and proactive Scrum Master to support Agile delivery across cross-functional teams. You will act as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator, ensuring teams operate efficiently while continuously improving their Agile practices.

This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to remove impediments, and a passion for fostering high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and continuous improvement
• Remove impediments and shield the team from external disruptions
• Track and communicate team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics
• Partner closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog clarity and prioritization
• Promote collaboration between development, QA, business stakeholders, and management
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
• Support Agile transformation initiatives when required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile best practices
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (e.g., software engineering, QA, DevOps)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving and facilitation abilities
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
• Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe) is a plus
• Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
• Experience working in distributed or multi-location teams
• Basic technical understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
