Job Summary

You will support daily restaurant operations by assisting shift management, performing service and kitchen station tasks, and ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to complete assigned duties that support daily restaurant operations
• Assist in managing shifts by coordinating team activities and maintaining service standards in the store
• Perform specific station tasks in the service or kitchen areas to prepare and serve food and beverages efficiently
• Follow operational procedures to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff
• Adapt to rotating shift schedules to ensure continuous coverage and smooth restaurant functioning

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for working in the service industry
• Willingness to learn and participate in training provided to develop job skills
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts as required by the restaurant schedule

Remuneration

• min. 5 hours shift/day
• min. $12/hr (Mon-Thur)
• Min. $13/hr (Fri-Sun & eve of PH)
