Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on role where fresh graduates will gain exposure to real trades, real assets, and real operational processes within a growing firm.

Responsibilities

• Execute and track buy and sell trades to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing

• Assist in portfolio rebalancing by supporting adjustments and verifying post-trade reconciliation for accuracy

• Prepare trade confirmations, statements, and operational documents

• Coordinate with vaulting partners to manage storage and transfer

• Support banking transactions and payment tracking

• Maintain accurate records and operational logs

• Assist with general operational and administrative tasks to support smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Organised, responsible, and able to follow structured processes
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
• Basic Excel skills and good communication ability
