Roles and Responsibilities
HR Responsibilities:
1.\tManage and supervise overseas entities HR team.
2.\tDevelop and implement employee development, source and arrange for training for staff, administer and apply statutory training grants/funding and maintain proper training records.
3.\tHandle full spectrum of payroll process.
4.\tManage time attendance system and review timesheets for payroll processing.
5.\tManage all work pass related matters.
6.\tCreate, maintain, and update all leave records, including all government leave claim submission.
7.\tAdminister employee's work injury related matters and employee medical insurance claims.
8.\tManage and negotiate the employees' insurance benefits plan with external insurance agency.
9.\tManage tax clearance (IR21) and annual income tax submission (IR8A).
10.\tDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
11.\tEstablish and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
12.\tDrive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
13.\tConduct regular reviews of HR programs and policies to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
14.\tOversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection and developing effective sourcing strategies to attract and retain top talent.
15.\tCoordinate the onboarding process, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.
16.\tConduct new hire orientations and provide necessary training and resources.
17.\tServe as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
18.\tMaintain positive employee relations by fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
19.\tConduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
20.\tDevelop and implement employee recognition and retention programs.
21.\tOversee the performance appraisal review process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.
22.\tAdminister the offboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policy and process.
23.\tConduct salary benchmarking and review compensation structures to ensure competitiveness.
24.\tEnsure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
25.\tProvide guidance and support to senior management on HR-related matters.
26.\tStay updated on the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
27.\tUndertake & execute any other tasks assigned by Management.
Administrative Responsibilities:
1.\tMaintain agreements' file relating to HR and admin, including office rental etc.
2.\tManage and oversee planning and organising of offsite meeting and recreation activities.
3.\tMake bookings of travel arrangements for senior management and employees.
4.\tPrepare expense claims for Senior Management.
5.\tAll other related administrative duties.
6.\tUndertake & execute any other tasks assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
1.\tAt least 6 years of relevant experience in HR.
2.\tProven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
3.\tThorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
4.\tStrong understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
5.\tExcellent leadership and people management skills.
6.\tExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
7.\tAbility to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
8.\tStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
9.\tAble to speak Chinese/Mandarin is an advantage.
Qualifications Requirements
1.\tDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Competencies
1.\tProficient in HRIS software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
