Our client, an established community health organization driving the integration of health and social care in Singapore is seeking for like-minded candidates to join the team!

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead advanced quantitative analysis and programme evaluation using rigorous, defensible methodologies to inform policy and service planning
  Provide strategic oversight of business intelligence and analytics to deliver timely, high-quality insights across programmes
  Partner with senior internal stakeholders and external agencies to shape analytics priorities and evaluation frameworks
• Lead the design and execution of major programme evaluations, including methodology development, analysis and reporting
• Oversee development of data products (e.g. dashboards, datasets, geospatial and advanced analytics tools) to support decision-making
• Guide and review statistical analyses, projections and insights to challenge assumptions and validate programme outcomes
• Build analytics capability across the organisation through leadership, mentorship and knowledge-sharing.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in providing data support to business units with at least 4 years of supervisory experience
• Proficient in data analysis software and data visualisation tools
• Able to handle uncertainty and ambiguity and conduct analysis with business objectives in mind
• Attentive to detail and committed to data accuracy
