A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a furniture/renovation carpenter supervisor with good carpentry skills.

Able to take site measurements independently.

Measuring, marking, and cutting materials (wood, drywall, metal) to required dimensions.

Building frameworks for structures, including floor joists, wall studs, roof rafters, and stairs.

Installing doors, windows, cabinets, molding, drywall, insulation, and siding.

Sanding, staining, varnishing, and installing fixtures like locks and door handles.

Repairing or replacing damaged frameworks, structures, and fixtures in residential or commercial buildings.

Good communication skills and ability to produce wood-working hand drawings.

Capable of leading a team of experienced carpenters.

Willing to work overtime to complete projects on time.

Must be willing to work extra hours or weekends and public holidays if necessary.

Able to work on hot days under sun.

Attentive to detail and always alert to ensure safety.

Able to work hard.
