Job Summary

You will work at a Take-A-Way Dim Sum Snacks (Non-Halal) kiosk located in various shopping malls, assisting customers by taking orders, packing food accurately, handling payments, managing online orders, and maintaining inventory and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and pack food accurately according to customer requests to ensure order correctness
• Process customer payments using cash or SGQR through the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and securely
• Manage and fulfill online orders from platforms such as Grab Food to meet customer delivery expectations
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and drinks, and raise orders to replenish stock to avoid shortages
• Restock fresh snacks promptly to maintain product availability throughout operating hours
• Maintain hygiene by cleaning food preparation areas, equipment, cutlery, and crockery regularly to meet health standards
• Keep the kiosk premises clean and dry to provide a safe and welcoming environment for customers and staff
