We are seeking a Sales Manager with strong leadership capabilities to drive sales initiatives, mentor team members, and deliver tailored audio-visual solutions to our clients.

What you'll do:

Lead, manage, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.

Understand client needs and recommend appropriate audio-visual solutions.

Promote and sell the Company's full range of audio-visual products and integrated systems.

Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and solution briefings.

Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to ensure customer requirements are met.

Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and drive continuous improvement in sales results.

What we're looking for:

Proven sales experience in the audio-visual, IT, or technology industry, with leadership or team management exposure.

Strong technical knowledge of audio-visual products, solutions, and market trends.

Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
