We are seeking a highly competent and proactive Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) to ensure full compliance with the Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act and all other relevantregulations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring our client's safety management system to cultivate a strong safety culture and ensure a safe, healthy, and incident-free workenvironment for all our clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Legal Compliance & Administration(In accordance with WSH (WSHO) Regulations):

a) Perform the statutory duties ofa WSHO as stipulated in the **Workplace Safety and Health (Workplace Safety andHealth Officers) Regulations**.

b) Assist the occupier of theworkplace (management) in discharging their duties under the WSHA.

c) Examine and assess theworkplace safety and health conditions, and recommend necessary measures toreduce or eliminate risks.

d) Ensure all required statutorypermits, certificates, and notifications (e.g., MOM permits-to-work,registration of factories, incident reporting) are obtained and submitted in atimely manner.

e) Investigate any accidents,dangerous occurrences, or occupational diseases as required by the law andensure immediate reporting to the Commissioner for Workplace Safety and Health.
